| I interviewed 3 real estate agents and selected Kathy Hyatt as she was professional, listened well and sold me on why I should use her as my agent. Attention to detail, knowledge of the neighborhood, and given that I worked from home it was important to know in advance when the house would be shown. I was impressed with the fact that she would personally show my home and not put a lock box on the property. she took the time to know my home intimately so that she could answer any and all questions from buyers. She created a home owners' book for the buyers to answer their questions before they were asked. I would highly recommend Kathy for her professionalism and dedication to the task at hand. | Working with Kathy was a pleasure. She had many homes to show my husband Danny and I. Danny's family has know Kathy and her husband Mark for many many years and they have always been successful in their venture as Realtor/Loan Originator. Many family members have used them and have recommended their services to other family and friends. We closed on our first home with them just over a year ago. | If you are in the Southeast Florida area and you need a Realtor, you need to talk to Kathy Hyatt. As small as you care to define the group of people "who are the best Realtors in/around Plantation, Florida," Kathy Hyatt is in that group. We listed a single family home in Plantation for sale with Kathy.... Day 1 ... Kathy's pre-listing presentation was outstanding. She came prepared with all the data/reports you'd expect and demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge and expertise of the market. We interviewed 3 prospective listing agents and Kathy earned our business. Day 2-3-4 ... Kathy's help in staging our home was invaluable, her photographs were highly professional and our listing "went live" exactly on the timeline we expected. Days 5-40...It took 40 days for our home to go under contract. NO OPEN HOUSES and every single showing was attended by either Kathy or her husband Mark Hyatt, who is an outstanding RE professional in his own right. Feedback on showings was immediate. Our phone calls were always answered immediately. Days 41-70 ... We closed on day 70. Kathy stayed on top of things and kept us constantly informed with respect to the buyer's financing and other items. Kathy answered our many questions on the closing documents, often going line-by-line through the paperwork. | I am an inactive Real Estate Broker. I knew exactly what I wanted in a real estate person to sell my house in Plantation. Kathy was recommended to me by a friend (she had all ready sold & closed on their house). She was a lot more than I expected. She was a delight...advising me on so many ways on how to prepare my house for sale. The housing market was very "soft" at this particular time. I knew the market conditions & was not very optimistic on getting a fair price for my house. Anyway, we had three solid offers in the first 3 weeks, with a fourth coming later. | A real go-getter!!! It pays to use an experienced realtor. She knows marketing a home like no one else around. She's cool as a cucmber when all those offers start coming in and you're ready to jump at the 1st one. I'd use her again and recommend her in a heartbeat. . |
