Customer service is what we pride ourself in and work hard for client referrals. We strive to exceed our customers expectations for referrals during and after the transacton. When buyers and sellers think of real estate we want them to think of Kaye and Charlie Jones. This also goes for the agent on the other side of the transaction. Our goal is for that agent to want to have a deal with us and to know we work hard to get to settlement.
While working with buyers or sellers in all price ranges, we know that the transaction they are in is the most important tranaction to those buyers or seller. Since 1985 we have worked like each tranaction is the most important one. Selling real estate is not about the sale it's about the energy, communications, patience, psyschology, foresight, economics and above all the relationship.
