i moved to cary with very knowledge of the town. keith showed me homes in neighborhoods that i saw on the internet and then took me to parts of the town that i didn't even know existed (and a lot of the locals don't know either). he really listened to what i wanted in a house and a neighborhood. as a result i didn't waste time looking at houses that didn't interest me. keith found me a fantastic home in a secluded, established neighborhood, close to a greenway (i bike and run) and backs up to a greenway for great privacy. in a town like cary that is filled with hundreds of subdivisions, any realtor can take you to a subdivision. you need a realtor like keith who knows those special streets and cul de sacs inside a subdivision that have the houses everyone else wants to live in. and, just as important, he made sure that the closing on the house occurred on time and without any surprises, which was great because i was out of state and depended on him to make it happen.
