I am a Washington State Department of Agriculture Licensed pest inspector #75827, Licensed by the State of Washington #628 to conduct home inspections and carry Errors and Omissions insurance along with a $15,500 bond, which is required by the State of Washington. We also offer 90 day warranty's on all inspections on any issues that might arise after the inspection, through American Home warranty's insurance company. We provide home inspections to all of King county,Snohomish County,Skagit County, Whatcom County and Island County.
