We have owned rental property for over 18 years and the time came to sell a rental house in Portland, Oregon. We did everything you are supposed to do: we interviewed a couple of agents, hired the best one, went back to Glendale, then....she vanished. No returned call, emails, zip. Then we tried to hire another agent, through various referrals, long distance. The experience was so frustratinig. One agent sent us a CMA...it was a two line email. "I can sell you property for $XXX,XXX, in so many days." That was it, period!
I was so frustrated that I decided to migrate to the retail side of real estate, and vowed never to let the people whom I serve go through what I did. I work primarily with people who know me and from clients whom they refer. The benefit to my clients is I work very hard to make sure that they are pleased with the results achieved, so I earn their trust and confidence.
I am in the business of earning my client's trust by focusing on their needs. We succeed through helping others accomplish their goals.

What do you want to achieve? Real estate is simply a tool to help accomplish an objective.
When I meet with buyers, whether for investment or personal use, we analyze their needs, wants, and discuss the difference between the two so I understand what is important to them. We then formulate a plan that we agree will accomplish their objectives and work together until we have found the right property, at the right price, with the right terms.
When I work with sellers my primary goals are to:
1. Preserve my clients' equity
2. Help my clients net as many dollars as possible.
3. Make the transition from one property to the next as smooth as possible.
These are challenging goals, so my clients need as much help as possible. We are in a seller's market in most areas, so by providing my clients with a concise, accurate picture of the local market, we make smart decisions. I help my clients feel what the buyers feel, so we market in ways that matter to buyers.
When I represent buyers, due to my experience as a lisitng agent, my buyers know what the seller is looking for. By helping the seller to achieve his/her goals, I can generally negotiate more effectively than most agents and obtain better pricing and terms.
