Currently I and my wife Debra are Real Estate Agents in the Phoenix AZ area.
Although Debra and I are full-time Realtors, we both draw experience from the 8 years as Custom Home Builders and General Contractors. This experience gives us perspective that most other Realtors simply can't match. We believe it is extremely important to know everything you possibly can about a potential home purchase and not limit it to what you see on the surface. In today's market with all of the foreclosures and short sales, more and more home buyers are being taken advantage of because there are no disclosures being offered in the majority of these sales, which can cost the average home buyer many thousands of dollars.
We are primarily buyers agents although we do, from time to time list properties either by referral or from previous clients who have decided to move up. We are also very much involved in helping people out of the difficult position of foreclosure by offering Short Sale Services when other resources have proved to be unsuccessful.
In short, I'd say I'm living the dream. (My dream anyway). Trying to balance work with life, enjoying GREAT friends, staying fit, loving life with my wife Debra and thanking God for my very existence
