Tom's Mission: Provide a service so complete, thorough, and professional, he becomes your real estate resource for life. Inherent in this mission statement is the vision of quality service and unquestionable propriety. Through the identification, recognition, and anticipation of problems, which can be a part of any real estate transaction, he can create expeditious and ethical solutions. The expertise of the real estate advice you receive should be the best available allowing you to engage in the most prudent decision making possible. "My expertise in this market is quite unique. In fact, my knowledge and experience has been qualified as an "expert" by many courts from the local to the federal level." It stems from the experience in both appraisal and brokerage since 1976. This highly specialized dual discipline background results in a wisdom from which clients benefit. Buyers buy smarter. Sellers benefit by having a highly trained real estate consultant by their side, every step of the way.

Tom Cryer, SCRP has assisted with numerous residential transactions for buyers and sellers. "Since I have lived in seven of my own homes, and completed more than 35 transactions on my own behalf, you can draw from the depth of my personal experience as well."

His past clients have referred to him as the "Consumer Reports" of residential real estate. This being the case, he educates buyers and sellers so they may make informed real estate decisions.

In addition, since 1982, Tom has been closely involved with ERC, the Employee Relocation Council.  Tom's active involvement with the Employee Relocation Council has been recognized with ERC's President's Award in 1989, 1991, 1994, 1997 & 2001, with ERC's Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) in 1990, with ERC's Editorial Achievement Award in 1987, and with ERC's highest honor in 2000, induction into ERC's Hall of Leaders.

Tom also served as the President of the Relocation Appraisers and Consultants (RAC) (1994), and received the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) (1980) designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Land appreciates, Improvements depreciate.

Long term, land value is ultimately all that remains. (Location, Location, Location) Bathrooms, kitchens, entertainment features, etc. all decline in market appeal and value. When on a budget, buy the best land value you can get, and worry about the house later.
