I am a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and President and CEO of Full Commitment Real Estate, Carlsbad, CA. I am a member of the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. I currently serve as a Director on the California Association of Realtors Board of Directors.  I have previously served on the Board of Directors for the North San Diego Association of Realtors and as chairperson for REALTORs in Carlsbad District 4 Local District Coordinating Committee. I also conducts orientation for new REALTORs in use and rules of the MLS.

I hold the following Designations and Cerifications:

(Graduate, REALTOR Institute) I am in a select group of residential specialists who have earned the GRI designation. The Institute educates practitioners in a 12-course program about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients and customers.

 I have the real estate e-PRO (internet and computer specialty) designation. This is actually a "Gross" understatement of her 16 years professional experience in computer and information technology.

 I was one of the first agents to have earned certification by the National Association of Realtors for the Short Sale and Foreclosure designation.
