   I started in the Real Estate Business working for a Company that combined a Mortgage Company, with a Real Estate Company that serviced all of Southern California. It was great place to get started and I was fortunate enough to be able to learn so much about what different Communities and Counties had to offer.

  Education is a Necessity in Real Estate. The Real Estate Market is constantly changing, and with the current Economic situation we are seeing more Short Sales and REO's. In order to best help my clients I earned my CDPE- Certification. Certified Distressed Property Expert and my SFR Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification. This way I can help my clients with the most updated information and knowledge to help them in these challenging times.

To stay on Top of the Trends, New Marketing Techniques, as well as Local and World Wide Statistics I have obtained several Certifications and Designations in order to help my Clients.

  I was the 2008 President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Santa Clarita Valley Chapter. It was such a great Opportunity and honor to Meet and Network with Realtors here in Santa Clarita from different Brokerages as well as across the Country. Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI)The GRI designation indicates to buyers, sellers and other real estate industry professionals that I have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service to my clients by securing a strong educational foundation. Completing the designation required 96 hours of classroom instruction plus passing six exams. Subjects covered included contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, and finance.
