12/05/2014Carol Drake of the Kink team was actually the second realtor I contacted. I disagreed with the first on pricing, and when I met with Diane, she agreed with my thought process on pricing. I ended up accepting an offer below our ask price because it was an all cash offer with no contingencies. I still got 15k more for the home than the other realtor even wanted to list at.
