I am a native of Chicago and grew up on the North Shore in Deerfield and Northfield. Little did I know then that my love of looking at houses as a young person would lead to my carreer as a real estate broker.
Now I have lived in Apex, NC. for almost twenty years. I am very active in the community as a whole, and I am active in the real estate community as Broker for Mauer Real Estate. When I am not doing real estate, I am a sports official for a variety of sports at the high school, local and national levels. Officiating has been a true passion of mine for almost three decades. The experience has enabled me to learn the rules, know how to apply them, and effectively communicate the rules to the players and coaches. I have found that being a real estate broker is similar to being a sports official, in that not everyone who is looking to purchase or sell property knows the rules and regulations. It's my responsibility and expertise to insure that all parties involved in a real estate transaction are being honest and that my clients do not encounter any unnecessary suprises.
Aside from Real Estate, my background includes customer operations and project management with two Fortune 500 companies. My training at those companies has proven to be invaluable. I know how to research and dig for pertinent and accurate information. I quickly find accurate answers to the questions that help my clients with all of the decisions buyers and sellers have to make. The ability to make informed decisions takes much of the uncertainty out of the sometimes daunting task of buying or selling property.
