My team specializes in retail sales as well as the wholesale market. I specialize in investor needs, single or multi familiy. My goal is to help everyone diversify and build wealth with real estate. I work with many beginner investors to help them get that first investment under their belt. I usually get my clients in a single family home 15-30% below market value and with 10-20% down, this usually creates a good amount of cashflow and a safe secure invetment with TONS of equity. I am relatively new to the biz and haven't yet hit my second sellers market so I can't wait for my clients to take the profit from these initial investments and 1031 them into cash cows!
