Kelli is a tough negotiator when it comes to your best interests. Her considerable knowledge comes from over 16 years experience in real estate. Since combining forces, Kelli and Michael have added four other members to the team ~ a closing coordinator, two experienced buyer agents and a virtual assistant. In fact, in the spring of 2006, the team was selected by one national organization to be the subject of a 25 minute video to showcase their systems, processes and client care procedures for a team training project.

The Living Charlotte Team has lived, worked and played in the South Charlotte area since 1987. This is their backyard and they know it well. The Team offers expertise from South Park to Waxhaw, covering areas such as Ballantyne, Providence Road, Weddington, Matthews and Fort Mill on a daily basis. This area contains the 2nd and 3rd highest price per square foot zip codes in the Charlotte area and is noted for its excellent schools, middle to high end neighborhoods, abundance of Country Clubs with golf and tennis opportunities, convenient shopping and restaurants.
The Charlotte area is also home to two of the South's largest manmade lakes, Lake Wylie and Lake Norman. Many of Kelli and Michael's clients own primary or secondary homes on the lake. Kelli and Michael are intimately familiar with the waterfront marketplace and can assist any of your referrals with secondary homes on either lake.
With the addition of two buyer agents last year, The Living Charlotte Team has been able to provide buyer agent services throughout the Charlotte region, including Fort Mill and Tega Cay.
