I obtained my California real estate license in 1989 and work as a full time real estate professional.  In the beginning of my Real Estate career I developed strong client relationships resulting in being named a Top Producer for the real estate companies that I was associated with.  Today, I still enjoy the strong relationships made so many years ago.  I continually work to enhance my education in Real Estate by taking real estate courses and attending relevant educational seminars.  I have received my certification for the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) which specializes in working with buyers and sellers who are age 55 years and older.  In addition, I hold ePro designation which is obtained through classes geared to technology today and beyond.

I hold a California Real Estate Brokers license as well as a Arizona Brokers Real Estate license.  I have been involved with my local, state and national associations.  I was honored to receive "Realtor of the Year" award in 2003.  In 2004 I served as President of Orange County Association of Realtors.  I received the "Leadership Award" from the Orange County Fair Housing Council in 2007.  In addition to the above I have served on numerous committees and task forces for the Orange County Association of Realtors and served as Director since 2000.  I have also served as Director for the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

In 2005, my husband and I launched our own real estate company, Cosenza Realty Consultants, Inc.  It is my strong committment to my profession that I use to help my clients.  I am proud to be a Realtor.
