As a Senior Loan Officer I have worked with first time home buyers as well as Presidents of Companies. No matter who they are or what position they hold I continue to strive to meet customer expectations. I simply set the groundwork by explaining the process from application to closing. By keeping all parties informed throughout the process then there are no surprises at the closing table. Life in general can be stressful enough and this is one of the biggest investments a buyer will have in their life time. I have processed loans from origination of the application, gathered all documentation, processed them and have personally attended my closings. My background includes Management of Branches, Management of a Processing and Closing Center that covered nine states and was also one of Tulsa, Oklahoma's first Mortgage Broker Companies. I always enjoy being on the cutting edge of things.
The last two years I have worked as Branch Manager and Vice President for a local Title Company. As a Closing Agent my responsibilities were preparing Title Commitments; preparing the HUD-1 (Settlement Statement) working with Realtors, Lenders and helping the homeowner understand the closing documents before signing. The job didn't end there I also prepared Final policies after the closing. I hold a Missouri Producers License to process Title work and handle Lender closings as well as a Notary for the State of Missouri. I earned a certificate from HUD as a Certified Credit Analyst I for underwriting FHA loans. I have several certificates from HUD classes.
After the recession hit and the Title Company I worked for closed I decided that I wanted to get back to my ROOTS in Mortgage Banking so I searched for a Company that I thought had all the right stuff.
