| Joe, you and your company saved the day, for not one but two of my clients. As you know, both had 'Pre-Approval' through a lender I've worked with for years, and last minute called me to let me know that both would not get funding, for new homes in the same community with Beazer. | WOW! You guys really came through and delivered as you had said, regardless of the limited credit history for my son. The fact that your company allows you to use Alternative Lines of credit, is what pushed it through your underwriters to get Josh his 1st home. Any files that I know I'll have a rough time funding with local lenders, will now come you for 'Pre-Approval'. Again, thanks for helping my son! |

| I was reluctant to work with you when I first heard your claims that you can go down to a 580 FICO score. I also had a tough time, because my client wanted to meet you face-to-face, rather than apply for a home loan via telephone application. Considering my client had been turned down by two local Houston banks, I'm happy I gave Gold Financial a shot to prove me wrong.
