Our agency is set up not only to sell insurance, but to also meet with every client and explain the coverage they have.  Most people are concerned with price and that is understandable.  The problem is that there is a big difference between cheap insurance and low rates.  Our goal as well as our job is to help people understand how the insurance process works.  Seeing as how insurance is a boring topic unless someone is in need, is where we come in.  From getting a quote to helping with an accident claim or just answering questions as to what types of coverage apply to certain situations is what we do.
