My Client-First Philosophy
As a top-producing Realtor and homeowner, I can relate to the range of emotions that one encounters when selling their beloved home, or when searching for that perfect new home. I have been a resident of New Orleans all my life and love living in this great city! I reside on the northshore of St. Tammany parish with my husband and son, and enjoy the great quality of life and natural beauty here. I enjoy the outdoors, travel, and spending time with friends and family. I am a fan of our LSU Fighting Tigers as well as our World Champion, New Orleans Saints! I specialize in Greater New Orleans and St. Tammany parish Real Estate.
I realize that there are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
I am a highly trained professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing as well as a Certification in Home Staging. I am also a designated ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). In my experience as a real estate professional, I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. I enjoy and am most comfortable working with people from all walks of life, and believe that my professional reputation depends on delivering my best at all times!
After a 20 year banking career, this "client first" philosophy has always been my approach, and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
I specialize in residential real estate in Greater New Orlenas, St. Tammany, Washington and Jefferson parishes (mainly west bank). I represent both buyer and seller clients.
