Hello, I am Lorraine D'Aversa and I want to thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. A year after I entered the real estate service market as a realtor in 1986, I was awarded the recognition of being the top real estate salesperson in my office, an office of over 40 seasoned real estate professionals. As always, I continued to work toward my seller's, buyer's and my own benefit. I received my broker's license in 1988 and opened my own firm, not only transacting residential and commercial real estate, but assisting appraisal companies, residential home builders and developers and attorneys in creating their own real estate practice areas which served their current and future clients. Subsequently I attained my Masters Degree in Psychology in 1998 and continue to utilize the additional knowledge and expertise I attained in fully assessing and determining the home seller's and buyer's needs, wants and desires and then successfully coaching them through the home selling and buying process. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from Douglass College; Rutgers University, a Masters Degree from Drexel University, a Paralegal certification with a concentration in Real Estate law and various computer certifications.
