I am an attorney specializing in real estate closings. I represent sellers and purchasers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

For Sellers:

Some of the services that I provide to sellers are contract preparation and review, preparation of title documents (Abstract, survey, tax forms etc.), consultation with the client, addressing any unforseen title issues such as incorrect judgements and attendence at closing.

For Buyers:

Some of the services that I provide to buyers include contract preparation and review. Review of seller's title documents, title insurance(Monroe Title Insurance Company), consultation with client, quit claim deeds after closing, attendance at closing.

I will communicate with loss mitigators to negotiate short sales for my clients.
