One of my brokers calls me the Condo Queen, I love condo life as a second home at the beach, no yard work no cleaning the gutters or mowing the lawn, just come to the beach and have a great time. Ive been the listing agent for 4 of the newer condo projects in the area. I excel at listings and have a great time selling, there is nothing better than meeting new people and friends.
