Get to know Leslie Ebersole

I've worked in the real estate industry for more than 10 years. I'm now doing real interesting and rewarding work in the T3 Fellows brokerage accelerator program. We help brokers build their businesses through a year-long education and management development program for brokers and branded teams with sales volume from $30 to $200 million.

I built (and still own) the BRIXGroup, a “brand within a brand”, at Baird&Warner Real Estate in the western suburbs of Chicago. I did it all: sales, sales management, marketing communications, lead generation, internet marketing, and social media. The team was recognized as a member of the Baird&Warner Chairman’s Club for sales achievement and innovation.

Before turning to real estate I worked in management consulting and technology marketing for ten years. 

I spend quite a bt of time in the social media world. I'm a co-moderator of the 17,000 member Raise the Bar Facebook group, a forum where industry professionals discuss improving the real estate business.

I've been surprised and pleased by industry recognition including the 2014 and 2016 Inman 100, an annual list of the most influential real estate leaders and the 2015 Swanepoel Power 200 Social Media Influencers.
