I have been active in the Real Estate business since 1994. I am a full time, hands on Realtor who wants all of my buyers and sellers to be customers for life. 80% of my business has been repeat and referral business from my past customers. I take pride in my customers service before and after the sale. My customers feel comfortable calling or emailing me years after our transaction to ask real estate questions and advice. I have been active in residential, land and commercial real estate. I stay up-to-date on state and national real estate issues and take continuing education over and above the education required by the state. I am a broker associate and owner of Trendsetters Realty and I am attending Land Institute classes. I currently have my GRI and E-pro designation. My formal education is in finances and computer science. Myself and everyone in my office are full time Real Estate Agents. We believe that to know the market and be there for your customers, you must be a full time agent.
Our office is so committed to continuing education, we pay the first $500. per year for our agents education. We believe that makes our agents the most educated and up to date on current trends and issues.
