I use the services of a home stager and a professional photographer, so that every home I list starts off with a much stronger presence in the marketplace (and on MLS).  Too often poor images are being used to market a home - I believe all homes and home owners should be given the best chance at a quick sale, so the staging and subsequent photos are obvious factors.  These services are commonly offered in the larger markets to the West, but have yet to be offered consistently in this area as part of the listing package.  These value-added services are only two of items I have implemented into my business.
