RETAIL - At KW Commercial our retail specialists bring to each assignment an in-depth understanding of the key ingredients in profitable retailing.  We work with developers, designers and owners during the acquisition process through lease-up and final disposition by designing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve the optimal tenant mix and financial return.  In representing regional and local retailers, our retail specialists perform demographic and trade area analysis to help determine where the customer's business will be most successful.  We often work closely with single tenant retail users as their tenant representative on multi-site analysis, site selection, acquisition, and even build-to-suit opportunities. Real estate frequently represents 25% or more of an organization's assets.  Maximization of this asset value involves consideration not only of utility to the user, but also its adaptability and ultimate market value to future users. Even the unsophisticated observer is able to discriminate between quality and inferior real estate development.  Our firm serves as project development manager from conception to completion, including leasing, in a broad array of product types. We have developed other product types, such as distribution and industrial warehouse complexes, retail shopping centers and other retail building and office/warehouse complexes.
