I have been in the insurance industry for 20 years--started in college as a telemarketer, got a full time position as a customer service representative for a couple of years and then decided sales was my "thing". I worked for two agencies--the first one for 12 years and I've now been at MCRA for 8 years. I love problem solving for clients and getting them the best coverage for the fairest price.
I basically work on every level of account--from the first time home buyer to the multi million dollar oceanfront home account. The more complicated, the better--I love a challenge! I have a personal lines client who pays $500,000 per year for their insurance program and I am involved with their complex account throughout the year and especially on renewals. They have renewed for 6 years and counting and are very pleased with the service I provide to them! I look forward to writing new and challenging accounts every day!
