I am a New York State licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Oneonta, NY with RealtyUSA.com.
Get to know Lynn Lesperence
The luckiest people in the world are those who love their work, and that fits Lynn Lesperence to a "T." She never tires of meeting new people, exploring homes and vacant land, searching for just the right property for a client, and overcoming the hurdles that can appear during a real estate transaction. She enjoys the variety that a career in real estate affords and eagerly dives in to learning new skills – whether it's new technology or how best to serve her clients.
When not serving clients, Lynn enjoys horseback riding, technology, quilting, reading, and spending time with her husband and grown children.
A resident of the Oneonta area for 15 years, Lynn feels fortunate to have raised her children in a country / outdoor lifestyle. Her 3 dogs and the horses play a role in her daily life – providing the whole family with exercise and laughter. Before choosing a career in real estate, she worked as an administrative assistant in accounting firms and dental offices, as a dental assistant, and as a day care provider. She's also raised numerous puppies for Guiding Eyes for the Blind and cares for a stable of 5 horses.
Lynn holds Associates degrees from Green Mountain College and the Utica School of Commerce Business School. While her career path at that time was geared toward the dental and medical fields, the education she received in accounting and computer technology gave her a solid foundation for real estate. She was able to quickly master the financial side of real estate sales, as well as the computer skills today's agent must have.
Lynn enjoys using technology both to communicate well and to expose her listings to home seekers all over the Internet. Realty USA has an award winning marketing department, and she uses it to full advantage for her listing clients.
When you're seeking an agent in Delaware or Otsego County who will put your goals first, call on Lynn Lesperence.
While many real estate agents in New York's Delaware and Otsego Counties set their sights on selling the most expensive homes, Lynn Lesperence enjoys working with those at the entry and mid-level ends of the market.
She says that helping first time home buyers brings rewards that can't be counted in dollars and cents. The challenge of finding the right home combined with the satisfaction of helping people realize their dreams of home ownership keeps her looking forward to each new day and each new client. Of course she also enjoys helping move-up buyers and those who are relocating or searching for a second home.
Buyer clients often remark on her patience – both in helping them understand the entire process and in finding their perfect home. When transactions run into "bumps in the road" that cause delays, she works through them, keeping everyone on an even keel and moving forward.
