I came to real estate from two separate paths. First as an investor, I have always seen real estate as the best, most reliable way to build long-term wealth. I am always on the look out for great investment properties. Second, I have spent most of my working career as an educator; teacher and administrator. I get great personal satisfaction out of facilitating the learning of others.
I like to use my skills as an educator (along with the related reseaarch ability) to help clients understand their true needs and abilities in the real estate market and then guide them towards those goals. I work with buyers/sellers of personal residences as well as folks who are looking to use real estate as an investment vehicle.
As a buyer's agent bring the ability to NEGOTIATE the best price for your new home. I devote myself to the research required to have a thorough understanding of all comparable properties in finding the true value of your new home.
As a seller's agent, that same professional research ability will allow us to prepare your home to reap the greatest sales value.
I am a member of many Real Estate networking groups which expands my contacts well beyond the typical MLS and local advertising. Additionally, I have a personal contact list of people who are aware of my real estate business. They are always apprised of every home I put under contract.
