I had no idea that 9 years ago I would start a career of providing home financing to so many people. Over the past several years the "Mortgage Industry" has changed. Most people don't know an individual to turn too when they have questions about a mortgage, reverse mortgage or credit (FICO) questions. I am that person. Today I am a senior loan officer who's main job it is to finance homes and apartments. I have closed hundreds of transactions over the course of my career and continue in 2012 to provide excellent service to my clients. It is no secret that lending, in general, is very difficult to obtain. Before a client and I begin a new home loan or refinance your current home, I explain the twists and turns that are ahead for your specific transaction. You will find that my customers were not only satisfied with my rates but also the level of service and communication they received. Why don't I just go online or go to my local bank? There are many reason you may regret that decision. The simplest explanation is that I am a Broker/Banker. I have the ability to present options that other institutions may not be able to do. Lauren was born in Long Beach, California and attended Mark Twain, Hoover and Lakewood High School. She attended college at Marymount College in Palos Verdes where she received her Associate of Arts Degree and finished her Bachelor's Degree at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She majored in Political Science and minored in business with an emphasis in entrepreneuring.

After college Lauren spent a few months in the medical supplies industry but soon realized her calling in the mortgage business. She started her career with a large mortgage company but followed her entrepreneurial spirit and started her own mortgage company in 2005. Lauren offers a full range of mortgage products including refinancing, purchasing, and construction as well as private money transactions.

Lauren is extremely involved with two organizations that are near and dear to her heart. Habitat for Humanity is an organization that, if you know Lauren well, is perfect for her. She has been building things since she was a kid and giving back to others who don't have a home is a passion of hers. Also, she donates her time to an organization called Great US. This organization teaches High School Students the basics of Consumer Credit, including how to responsibly use credit cards, auto loans, FICO scores and student loans.
