ABOUT LORA

Born in Pittsburgh and raised in Houston, Texas, Lora has always enjoyed a change of environment and a love for the sea and sun eventually brought her to the West Coast.  Lora studied at The University of Texas, Cal State and UC Berkeley, achieving degrees in business, marketing/advertising, psychology, finance and economics.  With such a wide variety of studies under her belt she couldn’t help but delve into an array of career adventures such as television development, advertising, DVD production, photography and just prior to real estate as the owner of a successful dog walking and pet services business.  Being in so many types of service-related industries, Lora is extremely well rounded, has a keen business sense, tough as nails negotiating skills and excels at people skills.  She is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of clients in need of her real estate services.  As a focused listener, able advisor and fierce yet fair advocate, Lora is known for her intuition and diligence while employing encouragement and genuine concern as she creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. Her business approach is direct and successful: she listens to the client's needs and matches them to the right property, then assures an honest and efficient transaction.

WHY LORA?

Having lived in over 20 different homes herself in Texas and California, Lora has a love for architecture and real estate.  Currently residing in the Hollywood area for the last 20 years and loving every minute of it, she is instinctively familiar with it and the surrounding areas.  She is a member of The National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.  In addition, Lora is very active in her community of Hollywood, sitting on pet and animal advocate and rescue boards and donates her time and services regularly to various animal and community charities such as PAWS-LA and the Delano Animal Shelter.
