Our Company 

3rd Sister Design is a family owned business, Heather, Holly, Courtney and their mom, Louise.  Louise, Heather and Holly do the staging and design and Courtney is a seasoned realtor. We've been in the Home Staging business almost three years.  We work in the Multnomah and Washington county areas. 3rd Sister offers a variety of professional staging services to home owners, investors and realtors.  We will work with you to ensure your project is ready on time and within your budget.   Together we have over 30 years experience in design and as many more in public and private business, retail and wholesale sales, project management, human resources and real estate sales.  Our customer service skills are excellent and we look forward to working with you and providing a home the buyer can picture themselves lving in. 

                                                                                                    Home Staging, Design and Realty Certifications 

The Design Consultants at 3rd Sister Design have design certification through the Sheffield School of Design and Heritage School of Interior Design. Louise is a professional Home Stager trained and certified through Oak Tree Home Staging in Santa Rosa, California and is a member of the United Staging Association Stage It Right  and the American Society of Home Stagers and Re-Designers.   Courtney is a licensed realtor in San Francisco, CAlifornia.

Do It Yourselfer - Our Confidential Client Report is for home owners that are well on their way with staging their home and just need a little "extra" direction. The report is easy to use, customized and focuses on the most important thing each seller can do to increase the value of their home and sell it quickly.

Overwhelmed? - 3rd sister Design's Design Consultants will be working from the plan we started at your initial consultation with us.  We will stage your home working on the areas determined to be the most important to increasing the value of the home and selling it quickly. Do you need help getting ready to move?  Organize closets, kitchens, offices and garages? The staff at 3rd Sister Design can help you make the job fun. 

Empty House Syndrome? Vacant home Staging and Model Home Design Services - 3rd Sister Design will meet with the realtor and/or homeowner and do our staging consultation.  During the consultation we will walk through the home, take notes, prepare and review with you a detailed staging report designed specifically for your home which will ensure you a quality product and fast sale. We then coordinate with our furniture rental partners to select the perfect pieces to show case your home  and add just the right accessories from our inventory, to complete the design.  We will be there when the furniture is delivered and picked up to complete the staging and ensure everything runs smoothly.

We love to Shop - If you are interested in purchasing staging furniture and accessories, rather than renting them, our Design Consultant will shop for you chosing just the right furnishings and acccessories to ensure your home stands out from the other comparable homes in your area.
