Hello and thanks for taking the time to look at my profile! I'm a Colorado native and have lived in Loveland for the last 22 years. I have an extensive background in customer care and, most recently, social work. I have always been interested in residential real estate, staging, landscaping, decorating, etc and was in a position to indulge myself by getting licensed.

My mission as your agent is to be your ally, advocate, and adviser in real estate transactions and I accomplish this through open communication, education that I belive empowers you as a consumer, and personalized customer service. I am upbeat and enthusiastic and a problem solver by nature. I have created a team of professionals who share my core values so whether you need a lender, appraiser, inspector, stager, or anything else I have your referral!

My other interests include fitness- I spend at least 15 hours per week "sweatworking" (my word for networking at the gym!) at Gold's Gym in Loveland and through participating in local 5k races that support various nonprofit organizations. I volunteer my time with several agencies including Loveland Youth Gardeners, Duncan's Place cat rescue, and the Food Bank for Larimer County in Loveland. I believe in paying it forward and giving back to my community through time and money.

The real estate market is always changing and I embrace that I will always have something new to learn as an agent. I find this to be an asset for my clients because details can be overlooked when someone has been in a given profession for awhile and think that they've see it all. I am casual in my dress and demeanor but genuine, sincere and direct.

Blue Tree Real Estate is family owned and operated and all of the agents work together as a team. So, when you hire me you get the benefit of all of our agents as we typically discuss the market in general, our listings, buyer needs, etc to make sure that we are not overlooking anything. I'm adhere to the Sell With Soul philosophy- the ongoing relationship and the people are an important aspect of my business. I am not just being nice long enough to get a signature on a buyer's agency or listing agreement and then racing for the check at closing.
