Beginning Investor looking to establish connections around Pennsylvania to buy & sell real estate. From mortgage brokers to appraisers and title companies, I am looking to broaden my horizons to become a more savvy investor both now and down the roads to come.
Finding good property deals throughout the western Pennsylvania region, single & multi-family dwellings. I would like to get into commercial property down the road, one step at a time I guess. I've refined my skills not only as a bird dog with my partners, but as an investor myself and hope this forum can help me grow.
