We interviewed 5 realtors and I am so happy Lynn was the winner. Lynn was fully dedicated to selling my home quickly. She was in contact with me daily. Any question she would return my call. She conquered any obstacle with professionalism and with a positive attitude. Above all she is \"Honest\" and tells it as it is. I could not have gotten through closing without her expertise and knowledge. She is truly a 5 Star winner. She went above & beyond with patience and understanding. Lynn is without a doubt \"the Best Realtor\" in South Florida. Thank you Lynn

We recently found ourselves in the most difficult position of lengthy unemployment and unable to continue with our mortgage payments. Our home was underwater so a short sale was our only avenue. I found Lynn via her website and after reading the testimonials of so many satisfied clients we asked for her help. We were not disappointed. Lynn is an experienced professional, whose honesty and integrity is without question. She managed the entire process with the lenders and buyers and kept us well informed the whole way to a successful closing. We would recommend Lynn to anyone who needs a realtor, but especially if a short sale is being considered. Thanks again, Lynn, for all your help.

My husband and I did a lot of research to find an exceptional short sale realtor and we are so happy that we found Lynn. We listed our home and in 4 days we had 4 full price offers. She is EXCEPTIONAL in dealing with the lenders and she stays on top of every step. We would find out updates from Lynn weeks before our lender. If you are looking for a great realtor make sure you call Lynn!!

Lynn was referred to me by family member and I have to say it was the best referral ever. Lynn made the process seamless and hassle free. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the services Lynn provided. The service was exceptional. I listed with Lynn and in less 24hrs there were several offers on my home. Talk about speed! Lynn is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I never once had to hound Lynn for updates. She kept us updated at all times. Quick to answer her phone no matter the time. We will do business with Lynn again and again! You should too….Thank you very much!. The experience was a great one.

I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the services you provided my wife and I regarding the sale of our home. We selected you from the many realtors available in our market area in part because of the quick sale of your listing right down the street from our home. We were very pleased with your knowledge and professionalism and appreciate the fact that our home was priced right and sold in less than two weeks. Thank you!

“Mrs Pineda was the listing agent and also my realtor for a shortsale house I purchased. This meant she represented both the buyer(me) and the seller. This concerned me since I had no experience with shortsales and I would be dependant on Mrs Pineda, I started to think if she would have my interest at heart and would she be able to fairly represent both parties. This concern or thinking did not last long , it went away the same day Mrs Pineda called me to tell me my offer was accepted by the bank and we started working on the items that were time sensitive such as the inspection and appraisal. Mrs Pineda kept me on track, dealt with every matter with a high standard of professionalism, kept the communication lines between us opened no matter the time of day. This professional behavior continued even after I closed on the house when I had questions for the seller . The questions went via Mrs. Pineda to the seller and the replies were always returned the same day. This proved to me that she was able to handle both buyer and seller fairly.
