I have been doing real estate sales full time since 2004.  I have been a buyers agent for most of my career and I would like to be able to focus on listings now so that I can start building a team.  I did 5.6 million in sales last year by myself.  My goal is double that.  I can't do that by myself, but because I know what buyers are looking for I think it makes me a much better listing agent than an agent who has only done listings for most of their career.  I know what shows well and I know what I look for when it comes to photo tours online.  I am constantly shocked at the photos I see on the Multiple Listing Service.  I believe professional photo shoots and virtual tours make a big difference when it comes to getting a home sold.
