I have been an electrician for twenty five years and an Electrical Contractor, for the past fifteen years, holding a master's electrical license in the city of Rochester, NY.  I have completed numerous public works and commercial projects including schools, fire stations, wastewater plants, and retail buildings.  Currently, I am becomming a marketer for renewable energy products and an advocate to fight global warming. I am exploring ways to market and develop real estate from an energy efficient perspective, utilizing the LEEDS evaluation models.
