Get to Know Marc Williams
Joined Crossroads Realty in their newest office as Manager in the summer of 2005. Crossroads was established about the same time I became an agent, in the 1960's. I am a 3rd generaton REALTOR. My real estate credits and training include receiving my GRI (Graduate REALTOR Instute); I was in the first graduating class in New Jersey. I was an instructor for a later GRI training for the state. Also CRB, (Certified Broker Manager), e-PRO (the REALTOR tech course), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I was the Past President, Burlington County Board of REALTORS 1978.
In the 90's I was the REO (real estate owned)., that is foreclosed real estate, sales and asset manger for 7 years prior to joining Crossroads Realty. USMC Viet Nam, hit in 1968 just before Tet.
