| Marlene did an amazing job handling the sale of our condo. Priced it perfectly to sell quickly and was accurate with her appraisal. She is extremely professional, returns phone calls immediately, and went above and beyond what I expected when we ran into a few glitches on the day of the walk through. | There isn't enough space here to fully describe how knowledgeable, professional, understanding and customer focused Marlene Albrecht is as a real estate professional. Her dedication and precision to get our home sold in the most time efficient manner cannot be underscored here: She made it clear from day 1 that if we priced our home at the number she suggested, that it would be sold quickly- and that it did (less than 3 weeks). Further, her assistance in pushing our closing date as far out as possible to accommodate our family moving was so appreciate that we will always be thankful for that. | Marlene, in my opinion was the exemplary real estate agent. Due to my circumstances, acquiring this house by a certain date was critical. On my end, there was a bump in the road that delayed things by a few weeks, but Marlene kept me faithful that things were proceeding just fine, even when my nerves were at their end. She was very knowledgeable about the area/neighborhood. Anytime I had a question, no matter how insignificant, whether it be by text or email, Marlene was extremely prompt with responding to my concerns and if she didn't have the answer, she reached out and got me the answer. | We bought a great first house with Marlene as our realtor. She was extremely knowledgeable about Monmouth County. She always responded to our inquiries/emails very, very quickly! She was very organized and had info about the properties we were viewing readily available.
