Hello, my name is KEVIN MARTINI and I am Mortgage Banker, not a mortgage broker. Yes, there are significant differences between the two: as a Banker I have a fiduciary relationship with my clients and I am in control of the transaction.
I have a vast experience in the financial services arena. In addition I was formally a top producing Realtor with Keller Williams Realty. Due to my diverse professional experience I am able to provide a unique perspective as a Mortgage Banker since I truly by understanding all aspects of the home buying process. I strive in making the home buying process smooth and stress free, while creating comprehensive mortgage packages that suits the individual needs of my client. I do all this and provide World Class Service to my clients.
I truly believe that a mortgage is a financial instrument not just a way to finance a home. I know that every client is different.
