As past a Chairman of the Dover Board of Health, I am well versed in Title V, groundwater and building code. As a result of this I work with several quality builders in many towns. My practice is diverse as I work with first time home buyers and seniors, as well as in the high end market both in downtown Boston and the surrounding suburbs. As a lifelong equestrian, I specialize in Equestrian Properties in New England, Aiken and Wellington.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) so I abide by their strict Code of Ethics establishing my obligations to my clients. When representing a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, or other client as an agent, REALTORS® pledge themselves to protect and promote the interests of their client. This obligation to the client is primary, but it does not relieve REALTORS® of their obligation to treat all parties honestly. When serving a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant or other party in a non-agency capacity, REALTORS® remain obligated to treat all parties honestly.

Mary Crane is a highly skilled professional with uncompromising integrity and an amazing personal touch in everything she does or says. She works smart and hard, starting from the early stages of searching for a home and supports her clients through the entire process leading to the closing. She is always going the distance to satisfy the customer and has the resources and connections to help people settle in immediately after the move. I was specifically impressed by her support with a very demanding situation in which the bank had delayed the closing due to limited resources in the face of overwhelming demand. She diplomatically reached to the seller to assuage rising emotions until the closing was finally at hand. I strongly recommend Mary to anyone who is searching for superior service, an uncompromising work ethic, and above all, results.
Mary is not only a great realtor, she's a fantastic person who is extremely attentive to her client's needs while also respectful of one's personal decision-making. Mary made such a positive first impression on us that when it came time months later to look for a house we instantly thought of her. She's very experienced, extremely easy to work with and always focused on the important facts of home buying, which made us feel as though we were in good hands. We highly recommend Mary Crane!

Mary has been terrific. She is extremely sensitive to her client's wishes. This quality coupled with her relaxed, consistent "we can do this" attitude makes working with Mary reassuring and fun. Her skill as a successful realtor is unsurpassed. I feel fortunate to have found her!

Our experience with Mary was fantastic. She was extremely responsive and sensitive to all our concerns. She offered practical advice about how to prepare and list our home. She balanced encouragement with realistic feedback. She worked well with our hectic schedule as we were preparing to move out of state. Her professionalism, skill, and friendliness with us and with interested parties yielded successful results. I would highly recommend her (and I have).

We first used Mary to help us find a rental home, we then used her to help us buy a home and after receiving a job transfer we used her again to sell our home. It was especially important to us to use someone we could trust to sell our home since we had already moved out and were 3 time zones away. She is very good with being present for all showings and inspections to make sure everything proceeds properly. I recommend Mary for any real estate transaction

As part of a complicated real estate situation we called Mary to sell two properties at the same time, knowing we would end up living in which ever property did not sell. We cannot say enough about her. She is enormously well respected and connected in the broker communities, knows the towns she represents intimately, she always returns phone calls and emails immediately, and was an aggressive and creative marketer on our behalf. She has an amazing upbeat attitude and in is a great partner to have, regardless of which side of the transaction you might be on. My husband and I have, and will continue to recommend her whenever we're asked for the name of an outstanding broker.

Now that everything has successfully closed, I wanted to write to thank you enormously for doing such a great job for me. I was thinking that what impressed me the most when you handled my first transaction (renting a suburban investment property) was exactly what you have consistently delivered since then; a commitment to do whatever it takes. It seems to me that in this world of do-it-yourself real estate web sites and an abundance of realtors, you have really distinguished yourself in my mind (as well as others). I'd be happy to act as a referral for you if that would be helpful and I am sure that we will be working together on many more transactions. In fact, I'm starting to put together some numbers now for a property on the waterfront and will be able to discuss it with you soon.

Mary Crane is a miracle worker. We told her our dream, to live in Dover, and she made it come true. She sold our Newton house at the bottom of the market, literally. The house went on three days before the market crashed in October, 2009 and as of her expertise and experience, she brought a client of hers to see it and sold it! The end result was happiness for our family and the buyer's. Whenever presented with a "problem," Mary Crane always has a solution and resolves it. She is the hardest working person I know and is absolutely flawless in what she does. We will not buy another home without her! (However, since she so perfectly matched our family to our home, we have no reason to move, ever.) Mary Crane is bright as sunshine, kind, and caring. Our kids and dogs adore her, too. And now, happily, she is a friend-- a great one to have!
