Tampa Bay Re/Max Realtor Mary G. Diaz’s unique background has benefited her clients more than they could ever realize. Before getting her license in 1994, she had worked in the banking industry as a lender, branch manager and finally as Vice-President. One day, after enduring acquisitions, mergers, and takeovers, she left the banking business behind to pursue a new path.
Deciding to enroll in real estate school was easy for Mary. Being a Realtor is a natural fit because of her experience as a lender dealing with regulatory compliance and her excellent memory for people and places. Her penchant for doing the right thing complements her analytical side for details in dealing with real estate.
“Although the job was can be stressful in today’s market, I always enjoy the interaction with people.” Her vision of superior service is to keep her clients educated and informed so they can make informed decisions. Mary shuns pushiness, preferring to guide her clients through the process of buying or selling their home by showing them how the real estate process works. Her knowledge of mortgages and bank lending provides them with insight that few Realtors can offer.
It is important to Mary to gain her clients’ trust while developing a business relationship. She strives to do her best for them by matching their wants to what is available in the marketplace. The greatest reward is to watch their eyes light up when she shows them homes that they what to buy. Her persistent and persuasive nature coupled with her hard work ethic has earned her recognition as a member of the Re/Max 100% Club and the Re/Max Hall of Fame.
Teamed up with her husband, David, an ex-banker as well, they provide professional real estate services in the Tampa Bay area. While Mr. Diaz takes care of the Internet and other marketing aspects of the business, Mary enjoys finding and showing properties to potential buyers. Her long list of designations exemplifies her dedication to being the best. |I have worked with Mary for three years. I initially met Mary when I was looking to purchase a second home. Then when it was time to sell my primary home, I again sought Mary. I continue to seek out Mary for any real estate issues. Mary is extremely prompt and responsive when information is requested from her. She is also very flexible in terms of showing homes. Mary bends over backwards to accommodate her client's requests in terms of information needed and showings. In addition to that, she is always pleasant, professional and cheerful, which is nice as selling or searching for a home can be stressful and nerve wracking. I wholeheartedly recommend Mary for real estate transactions and I will continue to seek her out for services.|

|EXCELLENT!! That sums up in 1 word what I can say about my experience with Mary in regards to helping me short sell my townhouse. It was a very long process in finalizing the sale but Mary was exceptional in helping through the entire phase of the process. Mary knew exactly what we needed to list the property for and how we needed to showcase it to attract buyers right away. We had over 7 different offers through the entire life of the selling the property but Bank of America's ineptitude to except an offer made the sale much longer than it should have been. Mary's professionalism and clear communication with what was happening all along the way was very much appreciated. She promised we would get the property sold and delivered. I would recommend Mary in a heartbeat for buying or selling real estate in the Tampa/St. Petersburg market.|
