Mary and Wayne Renfro are the 2011 Top Producers of A Unique Realty Company. Central Kentucky's newest up and coming real estate brokerage. Together they are a team of hard working dedicated realtors servicing the Madison County and the Central Kentucky area. Mary , a transplant from Florida and New York and Wayne, a native son of Richmond are Residents of Madison County operating a small farm.

Mary came to Kentucky in 1990 and attended Eastern Kentucky University where she completed her Bachelor of Social Work. She enjoys being around people of all ages and lending a helping hand.  After college she started a career as a Medical Social Worker.  Later, she supplemented her income as a Rural Carrier for the Richmond Post Office.  Little did she know that learning all of the roads in Richmond, would make a major impact on her success as a Real Estate Agent.  Having grown up with a father who was a successful real estate broker in New York and Florida it was a natural progression for Mary to become one herself.   I am very outgoing, definatley a people person, says Mary. Her secret to success is :  You have to be a good listener, as well as a strong marketer and be on the cutting edge of technology.
