My experience in Marketing, Web and Graphic Design, Process Management, Data Management, and Teaching have allowed me to carve out a niche in Southern Oregon's Real Estate market. I work for my favorite brokerage in Southern Oregon doing what I love. Teaching, training, and assistang Brokers to market them selves and their properties.

Although I work for The Atlas Group, I also teach and train brokers and lenders at all local real estate and lending companies in the Rogue Valley after hours. I'm on the speed dial of most Principal Brokers and Title Companies as a resource for training and technology, as well as basic advice and graphic design / web design consultation.

After spending 10+ years working for local Oregon health care systems providing training, recruiting, data coordination and process improvement - I craved a new adventure. I wanted a new career where I could use my skills to help office workers get back lost time, embrace technologies to assist them in their work and to generally improve their stress levels at work.

We all have to work to earn a living, but almost every office I had worked in prior to working in the teaching field had processes which included redundant steps. I found my calling in helping offices / teams to streamline their systems and processes in such a way that reduced the amount of hours required to accomplish the tasks at hand.

I signed on with Lawyers Title in Medford Oregon to fill a teaching position, assisting Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers to utilize current technology to allow them to do more in less time - and with less stress! In Real Estate I found that many Realtors are simply overwhelmed with all that is required in providing good customer service to their clients. I found in the Lending field, a lot of process oriented tasks with multiple steps. By assisting Loan Officers and Loan Processors and guiding them through new ways of accomplishing their work, I found that I made a very positive difference in their level of confidence and pride in their work.
