My real estate career started in 1987 after receiving my degree from Mankato State University in Mankato, Minnesota.  I have always been a full time agent and love my profession.  I moved my office to Remax Associates Plus in 1995 to be at the top office in the area.  I am a residential specialist with extensive experience in existing and new home sales.  Real estate investing has been an activity of mine since I started my career and currently own rental properties.  I love Minnesota and have been a lifetime resident of Anoka County.  My wife, Sue, and I live in Andover with our two kids Gabe and Hannah.  Our activities tend to revolve around the sporting activities of our kids.  I have enjoyed coaching different teams for them over the years.  When I am not working or watching games I enjoy golf, biking, and most outdoor activities.

My expertise is in existing homes and new construction sales.  The foreclosure market is very active currently and I have listed and sold many foreclosed homes.  I also work with real estate investors.
