Get to know Maureen Culp
Maureen believes that the process of buying or selling a home is stressful enough without having a real estate agent trying to push you into a decision. As such, this easygoing, low-pressure residential specialist provides all the right information to make the right conclusions, yet encourages her clientele to also go with their gut when entering into a transaction.Maureen is just as appreciated for her virtually endless patience, persistence, and stick-to-it-ness when it comes to working with customers who just need more time finding the place of their dreams. Through honest, open communication and close, attentive guidance, she helps build buyers' and sellers' confidence and knowledge base every step of the way from first meeting to closing. She in turn enjoys lasting relationships that blossom into referrals and repeat customers from those she's capably satisfied.Born and raised in Livonia, MI, Maureen graduated from Michigan State University with BA in communication, leading to various advertising, marketing and sales positions. This was followed by her fifteen year tenure as an entrepreneur, owning and managing a successful wholesale lumber company. This experience provided Maureen with business and managerial skills, leadership capabilities, intuitiveness and compassion for others, as well as a great understanding of home construction.
Maureen specializes in second home buyers, either for a family vacation home or investment. As a Director and Treasurer of the Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce, she has intimate knowledge of the Harbor Country area and all it has to offer.
Maureen is licensed Michigan broker, an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and repeated recipient of the Educational Achievement Award for continuing to increase her knowledge of the real estate profession.
