I am from a wonderful hard working family of primarily builders and real estate professionals with my mother adding the gift of creativity as a talented artist. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I specialized in investing in Fine residential properties. My early experiences provided me many invaluable lessons which I now share with my selling clients providing them with a significant advantage over the sea of Realtors without the experience of being intimately invested in the marketing and maximizing value of fine residential properties with a keen eye on maximizing net proceeds.
As the buyer’s representative, I’m able to bring my years of professional residential evaluation skills to the negotiation. My primary goal when representing a buyer is to insure the buyer I represent gets the very best home on the very best lot that their money can buy. Patience is key, the goal, is to purchase not only a dream home but also an investment that will only increase in value in the years to come; With recent market shifts this has become a critical to purchase evaluation

| “We met Michael at open house and found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable, we had bought a home a few years ago at the bottom of the market , although it had come up in price My husband and I still were trying to get, as Michael said “a very strong number” although the number was above all the neighborhood comps Michael said, “he would do his best”. We prepared our home exactly as he and his team recommended, Michael had an outstanding photographer prepare the home photos, with a graphics member enhancing each image for the web, he also took several steps we had not seen another Realtor do including…. “ cont. We had multiple showings from about the first day, feedback from several of the first viewings agents was, “ we were way too high on list price “. However , even with this feedback , Michael sold the home for full price after 15 days on market , we closed the sale in less than 30 days. Dee |

| My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael to buy our new home. Choosing Michael as our realtor was one of the best decisions we made. He is professional, not pushy, is easy (and fun) to work with and he really understands the market. He was very patient and always took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions. While we were in the process of looking for homes, we never felt pressured. In fact, Michael would point out things about a home that we would never have noticed and recommend holding out for something better. That's not something you find often, as realtors are usually interested in closing the deal and moving on. We never felt that way with Michael. We always felt that he gave us honest advice and that we could trust him. And now we have found our dream home and we couldn't be happier! During the process of closing on our new home, Michael recommended a home inspector for us to use. When we later met with the home builder, we were told that he was the most thorough inspector he had ever worked with and that our realtor must really be looking out for us to have recommended him! Michael is genuine and hardworking and will always be on your side supporting you and looking out for what's best for you. While dealing with the issues that our home inspector found, Michael addressed the issues quickly on our behalf and worked diligently to make sure they were resolved as quickly as possible. He was on top of everything and always kept us informed and educated. Michael is hands down the best realtor and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy (or sell) their home!
