First off I am excited that you have come across my profile. I am eager and excited to go to work for you whether you be a first time home buyer or an investor /corporation looking for that prime space or property for the next big deal. Just to tell you a little more about my experience and background, I hold a 5 year professional bachelor's of Landscape Architecture degree from Clemson University where I focused on land planning/ site assessment and real estate. I bring close to a decade of experience to the table . My experience in performing due diligence, site selection consulting, and development advisory services for major corporations and developers led me into the real estate sales business.  I quickly found holes in the market for agents who had a broad understanding of the land business and, more specifically, site selection as it relates to the buyers intended use, and in creating creative illustrative, yet informative marketing packages for sellers. These marketing packages are unique for every property as well as the marketing program that I create for every property. Having a marketing/ investment package to put into the hands of potential buyers is a must in today's tough and demanding land/ commercial market.  Thus I have tailored this experience and combined it with my sales education and experience to set myself apart in the complex land and commercial real estate market. This also helps me in the residential market to creatively market properties for the highest exposure possible. 

My training through Metro Brokers/ GMAC Real Estate has also prepared me well. I have completed a series of Metro Brokers/ GMAC Real Estate training programs including the extensive Certified Commercial Brokerage program, the PHD, MBA, New Homes University, and Elegant Homes programs and just completed my 60 hour post broker license program.  My education, training, and experience will play a crucial role in maintaining the bottom line, while negotiating the right deal. I understand what it takes to orchestrate small and very large and complex real estate deals.
