I'm passionate about the benefits of living waterside, and moved to Florida specifically to bring my vision of "Fractional Ownership" to life. But to set the scene, I grew up near Albany, New York, was educated in western Massachusetts, lived in both southern and northern California, back to Massachusetts, then 30 years in Atlanta, GA. In every state where I lived, I was "Beautifying America, One House at a Time".  I moved to Atlanta as Southeastern Director of Sales and Marketing for the Bell & Howell Education Group, where I was Director of Admissions for the DeVry Institute of Technology. I've been in real estate for over 25 years, first on the "other side of the street" as a full time investor and now as a Florida Realtor. In Atlanta my company bought, rehabbed, and sold over 150 homes and provided consulting for other investors, with a motto of "I talk straight, no hype". During my years in Atlanta I was privileged to be a Founding Member of the Atlanta Women's Network, and also to serve on the Boards of Directors for the Sales and Marketing Executives of Atlanta and the Women Business Owners of Atlanta.
