I learned rental investement property working in property management.  I have rented hundreds of apartments.  I've dealt with city codes, the rental registery, Section 8, problem tenants and more.  I know what tenants are looking for in an apartment.  I know how to market property to tenants and investors.  I know simple things that can be done to most properties to make them more rentable and sellable.
