Edward Berenbaum is Century 21 Redwood Realty's Principal Broker and Director of Marketing. He is passionate about Real Estate and sees his role as melding the service-oriented “old school” approach to Real Estate and the fast-paced technology-focused “new school” mindset. This passion can be seen in Century 21 Redwood Realty’s client-focused technology-driven approach to Real Estate.
Edward graduated from Penn State University in 1997 and immediately moved to Northern Virginia and began his career in Real Estate. The early part of his career taught Edward two important things; he loved Real Estate and the Real Estate market was ripe for innovation.
After taking a year and a half to backpack around the world, Edward returned to the DC area and founded Redwood Realty in November of 2002. In 2006, Redwood Realty affiliated with Century 21 and now does business as Century 21 Redwood Realty. Through aggressive marketing, hard work and the help of two extremely understanding business partners, Redwood Realty has multiplied itself many times and now has three offices and 80+ agents generating more than $280 Million worth of annual Real Estate transactions.
Edward resides in Arlington, VA with his lovely wife, beautiful & bright daughter, handsome & witty son and his crazy dog. When he is not practicing Real Estate, Edward loves to listen to live music, hike, ski, cheer the Steelers & Nationals and generally suck the marrow out of life!

Prospective homebuyers & sellers can break down data on existing and sold homes at both the neighborhood and the specific condoimnium level.
LoudounCommunities.com focuses on the Loudoun County VA market. By arranging Loudoun County into ten sub-markets- this site is able to present all of the major subdivisions in each applicable sub-market. Site users can also break down the data in each of these sections by specific property type (condos, townhomes & single-family homes). This site also allows users to search for homes within the boundaries of specific schools.
